Types of patterned conveyor belts
The patterned conveyor belts are mainly divided into: herringbone patterned conveyor belts, strip patterned conveyor belts, granular patterned conveyor belts, fishbone patterned conveyor belts, diamond patterned conveyor belts, cross patterned conveyor belts, mesh patterned conveyor belts, inverted triangle patterned conveyor belts, sawtooth patterned conveyor belts, diamond patterned conveyor belts, washboard patterned conveyor belts, straight patterned conveyor belts, etc. Patterned conveyor belts have the characteristics of wide range of use, small footprint, no transfer points, reduced civil engineering investment, low maintenance costs, and large conveying capacity. It is commonly used to transport materials in coal, mining, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food and other fields.
The patterned conveyor belt is composed of a belt body and a patterned part. Due to the different conveying materials and the size of the conveyor inclination angle, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern are also different. In general, the patterned conveyor belts we commonly use are mainly herringbone conveyor belts, eight-shaped patterned conveyor belts and striped patterned conveyor belts. The main feature of the herringbone pattern conveyor belt and the figure eight pattern conveyor belt is that there is a "herringbone" pattern on the belt surface that is higher than the belt body. The pattern can be open or closed, and each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium, and low. Its application range is ≤40 degrees for the conveying of powder, granular, small pieces of materials, and can also convey bagged materials. The main feature of the strip pattern is that the pattern is divided into three types: high, medium, and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing. Its application range is suitable for horizontal conveying of packaging materials at an angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is in a trough, it can replace the herringbone pattern.
