Precautions for the use of high-angle sidewall conveyor belts
1.The storage and use methods of high-angle sidewall conveyor belts are the same as those of general conveyor belts and heat-resistant conveyor belts.
2. For high-angle conveyor belts exceeding 70 degrees, a cover belt should be used. The advantages of using the cover belt prevent leakage from damaging the base belt; at the same time, it can also increase the material transportation volume.
3. High-angle sidewall conveyor belts have much higher requirements for rollers than flat belts. If the same type of belt is used, the roller type used is larger than that of flat belts.
4. High-angle conveyor belt base belt: The base belt of the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor mainly bears the tension, but its lateral rigidity also plays a great role in the use function and effect during use. If the rigidity of the conveyor belt is too small, the conveyor belt will be deformed laterally, causing material scattering and other phenomena.
5. When selecting the partitions and skirts of high-angle conveyor belts, the conveying volume of the conveyor should be considered first, such as: skirt height, partition spacing, and effective bandwidth.
