IV. Advanced conveyor belt quick repair (1) Use a cutter to make the edge of the torn or damaged part into a "V" shape to increase the joint surface. (2) Grind the damaged belt surface to make it rough, clean the damaged surface of the belt, and remove dirt and oil. (3) Cut the aluminum foil packaging bag along the cutting line of the repair glue, take out the inner packaging, and remove the black rubber strip in the middle. (2) Apply adhesive to clean the polished surface, then apply the adhesive mixture. After the first coat is completely dry, apply the second coat. Wait until it is slightly sticky but not attached to the back of the finger. If the rubber damage in the wound area is too large, use a T2 glue gun to fill it first. (3) Paste the patch Paste the patch on the wound area, and try to avoid trapping air during the pasting process.
