H-Type Cold-Resistant Conveyor Belts global conveyor belt circulation pattern
Xiamen Mining's H-Type Cold-Resistant Conveyor Belts offer unmatched durability and performance in frigid conditions, designed with premium materials for flexibility and resilience down to -60°C, ensuring operational integrity and an extended lifespan.
Xiamen Mining Conveyor Belt Co., Ltd. introduces the superior H-Type Cold-Resistant Conveyor Belts, meticulously designed to thrive in the most frigid environments while maintaining operational integrity and longevity. Our H-Type belts stand out in the industry for their exceptional quality and durability.
Exceptional Materials for Peak Performance:
Quality begins with the raw materials. Our H-Type Cold-Resistant Conveyor Belts are manufactured without any recycled materials, using premium cotton canvas, nylon canvas, or polyester canvas for the belt core. The coating is a blend of natural rubber and butadiene rubber, ensuring the highest resilience and elasticity.
Unmatched Cold Resistance:
Free from calcium carbonate and plasticizers, our conveyor belts remain supple in freezing temperatures, resistant to hardening and cracking, effectively functioning down to an astounding -60°C.
Extended Lifespan:
The H-Type belts boast high elasticity and impact resistance, thin yet strong belt bodies, excellent troughability, strong interlayer adhesion, and great flexibility, all contributing to their extended service life.
Diverse Range for Specific Needs:
Our belts are categorized into two levels of cold resistance, C1 and C2. C1 belts are designed for use between -45°C and +50°C, while C2 belts can operate between -60°C and +50°C, providing options to suit any cold climate challenge.
1.Cold Resistant Belt Compound:
The choice of butadiene rubber for its excellent cold resistance, wear resistance, low heat generation, and high elasticity is a critical aspect of our belts' formulation. However, since butadiene rubber alone has lower tear and tensile strength and processing performance, it's combined with natural rubber and tire reclaim rubber to improve overall performance and reduce production costs. Tire reclaim rubber, a recycled resource from old tires containing natural and butadiene rubbers, is compatible with the belt materials and enhances the rubber content within the compound, improving performance.
2.Choice of Tire Reclaim Rubber and Belt Compounding Agents:
The filling and reinforcing system can include high-abrasion furnace black N330 and semi-reinforcing black N774. N330 enhances tensile strength, tear resistance, wear resistance, and elasticity, while N774 improves the processability and reduces heat generation, contributing to the cold resistance of the belt's cover.
Using Coumarone resin HYS4J121J improves the conveyor belt's cold resistance, enhances physical and mechanical properties, and extends aging resistance. It aids the dispersion of sulfur and carbon black, delays vulcanization to prevent scorching, and acts as a softener and tackifier, improving processing performance.
The vulcanization system, led by sulfur as the vulcanizing agent, and coupled with accelerator CZ, activator zinc oxide, and stearic acid, improves tensile strength, wear resistance, and fatigue cracking resistance, ensuring minimal vulcanization reversion and enhanced processability.
3.Cold Resistant Belt Cover Compound Formulation: Our optimal compound formulation includes 50 parts natural rubber, 40 parts butadiene rubber, 20 parts tire reclaim rubber, complemented by zinc oxide, stearic acid, antioxidants, paraffin, carbon black, rubber oil, Coumarone resin, accelerators, and sulfur, totaling 191 parts.
By incorporating tire reclaim rubber into the production of the cover compound, we enhance its processing performance, and depending on the belt performance indicators, we can optimize the usage of reclaim rubber and compounding agents. This not only ensures quality but also effectively reduces production costs.
Xiamen Mining's H-Type Cold-Resistant Conveyor Belts represent a fusion of innovation and cost-efficiency, ensuring your operations withstand cold climates without compromising on quality. Choose our belts for a reliable solution that delivers long-term value in the most demanding conditions.
