Key Features and Physical Properties:

 

Core and Cover Layer Composition: The core of the T3 Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belt is made from high-modulus, low-shrinkage polyester canvas, ensuring extremely high tear strength. The cover rubber is selected for its excellent high-temperature resistance, forming a durable bond through a special dip molding treatment that results in high adhesive strength. Under normal operating conditions up to 180°C, the belt exhibits minimal elongation deformation and superior wear performance. It can withstand temperatures up to 250°C for short periods.

 

Physical Performance: After aging, the change in strength (IRHD) is 23, with a maximum post-aging value of 88 IRHD. The tensile strength performance degradation is 40%, with a minimum post-aging value of 5 MPa. The elongation at break performance change rate is 60%, with a minimum post-aging value of 150%.

 

Reliability Over Layered Heat-Resistant Belts: The T3 belt incorporates a heat-resistant steel mesh constructed from woven steel wires, coated with zinc or copper. The mesh is covered with a rubber layer on both surfaces, ensuring that the overall surface does not delaminate during the transport of high-temperature materials, offering a more reliable performance than layered heat-resistant conveyor belts.

 

Product Characteristics: This heat-resistant conveyor belt is made from multiple layers of rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton fabric) coated with high-temperature or heat-resistant rubber, vulcanized together to withstand temperatures up to 240°C. It is suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, molten slag, and hot castings. The specifications are the same as those of standard conveyor belts, and the product adheres to HG2297-92 and GB/T20021-2005 standards. The T3 Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belt is categorized under Model III, designed to endure test temperatures not exceeding 150°C, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 200°C.
