I. Research and development background
The existing steel cord conveyor belt has poor longitudinal tear resistance. It mainly uses a very fine tear-proof net, which has very low strength and is difficult to prevent longitudinal tearing in on-site use. In addition, the speed of the steel cord conveyor belt is very fast during operation, generally above 4.5m/s. Once a foreign object (iron, etc.) pierces the conveyor belt, it is easy to cause a long conveyor belt to be torn. Replacing the torn conveyor belt is troublesome and expensive.
The anti-longitudinal tear steel cord conveyor belt does not affect the strength, appearance and troughing of the conveyor belt, has a low production cost, and can effectively prevent longitudinal tearing.

3. Construction principle
